    Security Statutes for Critical Information Infrastructure (Exposure Draft)
    "Security Statutes for Critical Information Infrastructure (Exposure Draft)" Symposium held by Internet Society of China

    "Security Statutes for Critical Information Infrastructure (Exposure Draft)" Symposium was jointly organized by the Internet Society of China Research Center, CyberLabs and USITO in Beijing Capital Mansion On July 19. The Symposium attracted more than 130 experts and scholars, including government leaders, leaders of industry associations, experts from scientific research institutions and representatives of domestic and foreign enterprises. The venue was fully packed and lasted four hours.

    All participants actively participated in the text discussion. On the basis of fully understand the specific scope and protection degree of the Critical Information Infrastructure in the Statutes, they proposed many rational improvements from the perspective of industrial development and corporate compliance, eager to make contributions to legislation and law enforcement of China`s Critical Information Infrastructure protection field.

    Vice president of China Institute for Innovation & Development Strategy Ms. Hao Yeli and Deputy director of Cyber Security Coordination Bureau, Office of Central Leading Group for Cyber Affairs Ms. Yang Chunyan made summary respectively and expressed gratitude to the organizers and participants. Ms. Yang Chunyan said that experts and scholars, representatives of companies and organizations have raised some fair and rational opinions on issues like safe development, openness and data security, all these advices have been record in detail and every recommendation is welcomed to send through requested ways, for ease of relevant departments to amend the Statutes.
